Barack Obama's run for president is over. AP reports:
Republican Sen. John McCain has erased Sen. Barack Obama's 10-point advantage in a head-to-head matchup, leaving him essentially tied with both Democratic candidates in an Associated Press-Ipsos national poll released Thursday.
The survey showed the extended Democratic primary campaign creating divisions among supporters of Obama and rival Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton and suggests a tight race for the presidency in November no matter which Democrat becomes the nominee.
The Associated Press is wrong, however. The real reason for McCain's rise isn't because he's benefiting from the conflicts between Obama and Clinton. The real reason is a prophecy by Kim Clement. He is claiming that Obama will become the next president:
God says, "There is a sway in the political arena; a change in your political world. Enough of this discussion about Jeremiah Wright." God said, "This makes no difference. It is a spirit that has endeavored to rock and sway the people and to divide them." God said, "I will sway it next week. Yes, I will, and because of Pennsylvania, I will raise up the man I want," says the Lord, "to rule and to reign and to declare victory in the Middle East." We declare victory in the Middle East tonight. We declare victory in America tonight. For the Spirit of God says, "Hear, oh people of Zion. Those who have been afraid in Zion, those who have been afraid in this nation--fear not! For your news media has intimidated you, and therefore, it is My turn. Next week, I will arise. I will change everything."
"I'M TALKING ABOUT OBAMA"
For they have unfairly spoken against an African man, and I'm not talking about Jeremiah Wright; I'm talking about Obama. For God said, "Even though you may think this or that, there is an element of righteousness inside of him to reach out for Jesus. Therefore, I will sway it next week," says the Spirit of God, and I will cause My man, My power--to exalt in the White House what is necessary to declare victory. For this time, I shall rise up and I shall make known who I am in a way that I have never done it in this nation," says the Lord.
We all know that Kim Clement hasn't made an accurate prediction yet. Thus, Obama's run for president is effectively over!
I realize that as of the time of this post there are 8.5 hours left in 2007, but I'm going to stick my neck out anyways and predict that Kim Clement has once again proven himself to be a false prophet in predicting the deaths this year of Oral Roberts and Billy Graham (see story) If I'm correct I may purchase my prophecy license and go into business!
On paper, Prophetic Image Expressions' 2005 was nothing short of inspiring.
The evangelistic organization with ties to Flower Mound reported no overhead or fundraising expenses to the IRS. Yet, under the leadership of evangelist and CEO Kim Clement, a self-described prophet who says he converted to Christianity after overdosing on heroin, it raised about $2.7 million.
Clement's base salary of $617,800, benefits of about $14,000 and an expense account of $221,000 were counted toward the ministry's charitable programs of proclaiming the gospel and providing for the physical needs of the poor. So were uses of its Cadillac SUV, a Cadillac truck and a Silverado, and the $104,750 worth of meals and entertainment the staff enjoyed.
Financial documents did not identify any spending for poverty programs but listed $35,000 in grants to unidentified recipients.
Big salaries and questionable assets are two surefire ways for nonprofits to attract the attorney general's attention to a potential problem, officials like to say.
If Prophetic's spending didn't raise eyebrows, Clement was also listed as owing the organization about $44,000. State law bars charities from lending to their directors. Charity officials said that Clement paid back the money "with the interest" and that they had not been aware that such loans are prohibited.
Prophetic wasn't on the AG's radar, though; the office had no complaints about it, spokesman Tom Kelley said. And the office's data show that it relies on complaints, news reports and tips from insiders to identify problem charities.

Kim Clement has long been stating that he knows who the next president of the United States will be (but he won't name him, of course) - someone who will convert to Christianity while in the White House. His latest "prophecy" given November 18th in Houston:

He shall rise to the occasion and begin to pray and peace shall come to this nation, respect and honor shall come to this nation. A move of My Spirit as this nation has never seen for the harvest you have been waiting for shall come.
Kim Clement - Death to Billy Graham and Oral Roberts
Prophet Kim Clement is rapidly in danger of proving once again that he's a false prophet. Back in January I reported that he had prophesied the deaths of Billy Graham and Oral Roberts for this year (seelink). While some televangelists have died this year (Falwell, Humbard), Kim has only 38 days left to save whatever is left of his reputation as a genuine prophet of God.
The Elijah List was buzzing yesterday at the announcement that the Dow closed at a record high. They write:
Though the media often reports much that is not good, God often paints HIS canvas very differently--He is not only the God of all hope, He is in control (the devil is not and neither is man).
Kim Clement has been prophesying great breakthrough for this month of October. That's why when we received a news source about the Dow Jones closing at an all time high--TODAY--the first day of October, we wanted to get this confirming word out to our readers immediately! The media just released a report that today the Dow closed at an all time record high:
"Wall Street began the fourth quarter with a huge rally Monday, sending the Dow Jones industrial average above 14,000 and well into record territory...." (to view news source click here).
We recognize and believe this to be a sign pointing at what Kim Clement has been prophesying: "Something unusual, it's never ever happened before--in the month of October!" Here's an excerpt from Kim's word:
"In the month of October, there will be the most unusual favor. The cherry on the cake is October, and what could not happen--has to happen. The door that was locked to you must be unlocked. The retardation that has taken place on your divine promise will suddenly accelerate. This has been promised to us. In the month of October, because of the favor, and because of the revelations and because of the things that are going to unfold...."
Somehow they think this is a fulfilled prophecy. Now, let's look at today's Wall Street Journal:

Well, I'm stunned! Stunned that any fan of Clement would think this was fulfilled prophecy! Having lived in California for 10 years I know that earthquakes and tremors hit Southern California every day of the year.
Prophet Kim Clement issued this prophecy last night on "Praise the Lord":
God said this to me. He said “Do not leave this country for any international ministry or anything until the president that I’ve shown you that is going to be voted for has been voted and this present president will leave office – not in shame – and when he leaves office and I instate the man who’s going to be the president of the United States of America.” He said “When he’s in and he gets filled with My Spirit.” Now this is a weird thing because he said to me “The person that gets voted will look like a person who is not a Christian or a real believer like we understand,” He says, “but I’ll trick the people and when he gets into the office, the Oval Office,” He will fill him with the Holy Spirit. And we may not hear that, he may not stand outside and say, you know, speak in tongues, he’s not going to come stand there and shake himself. We’re not really even see it except in policy and different things.
But I know who it is. I’m not scared to say who it is. You say, what if it doesn’t happen? The will of the people. It can change it.
Why not tell us who it is, Kim?
It looks like he has another ready excuse if this prophecy fails - the will of the people changed it! But then, he didn't really prophesy falsely - he can say it was accurate, but the will of the people changed God's plans! It's all so confusing!
Kim, you said you KNOW who the next president will be - it reality you don't know, because the will of the people can change it, right?
Kim says he'll admit when he's wrong, but people like us are ready to stone him.
All I know is when I hear I just go with it and if I, by any chance, make a mistake, then I will confess it and say look, I obviously wasn’t tuned in or something. There is no way I’m going to sit here and lie to people and say I am perfect in hearing God. And then they want to put me under law and say “Well, it wasn’t right, so we’re going to stone you and we’re going to speak about you.” And they do that all the time.
So, am I being unfair, holding him up to the standards of a prophet who presumes to speak for God, whose fans may make life decisions based on what he says? Is it okay for a prophet to prophesy falsely?
You've got to say one thing about Kim Clement - he's persistent. On June 16th in San Jose, CA he once again issued the proclamation that a new source of energy that would break the Middle East hold on America. In fact, he's now saying there will be five new sources of energy:
The Spirit of God says I spoke about treasure that would come but it is not for the unrighteous. For the unrighteous have always uncovered and taken for themselves and then my people borrowed -- No more borrowing. You shall lend to many nations. You shall be the head and not the tail. You are about to go over and not under says the Lord. Hear the Word of the Lord tonight. There is a mass treasure that is about to be uncovered and My people will get it. My people will take it. The forces that have hidden and endeavored to hide what is about to be uncovered, they have been annihilated, they have been dreadfully secured. Now even as I promised, through these next few months one thing after another will be uncovered. Down in Florida it began but God says on the pacific, the west coast, there is also great discovery. You will not have to struggle for the breakthrough that is coming to you.
You are not going under, you're going over. There is a miraculous thing that is about to be uncovered. For even in the stepping down of Tony Blair, this is a sign, a good man, a man that I used as a friend to this nation. God said there would be a sign that the great "E" would be rapidity, an acceleration so that America would suddenly have five new sources of energy. There shall be five, not one, but five. They will say what do we do now, we have so many sources. Shall we create and design an engine in this way and shall we design a plane in this way? What about the air, what is in the air? San Francisco seeks energy from tides beneath Golden Gate Bridge

SAN FRANCISCO--City officials announced plans Tuesday to explore the potential the powerful tides beneath the Golden Gate Bridge hold for generating electricity, a project they hope would make San Francisco a showcase for the experimental field of tidal energy.
Of course, this is something that has been explored for years. Nothing new here, Kim.
Well, the prophetic Elijah List is all excited today. They think that Kim Clement finally hit a couple of prophecies on the head. They are reporting on two prophecies Clement posted on his website today dated May 10th and 11th. Naturally, Clement kept up his tradition of posting his prophecies after he thinks they have been fulfilled. The Elijah List writes:

On May 11, Kim prophesied "go to the zoo and you will see it," so this article certainly caught our attention when it was posted yesterday. The full prophecy is below.
..."A Governor who is terrorized shall be removed. This will be a sign," says the Lord. Take this as a warning from the Lord God. "They have laughed at the Church, they have laughed at the organization that they have called the Church--they laughed, and so have I," says the Lord. "For this reminds Me of the synagogues of satan that have interrupted My liberty and My Spirit to move. There are three of them in this city that will no longer transcribe the doctrine of demons." For God said, "There is a doctrine of demons that has made you a laughing stock." God said, "In the presence of His people, let the prophet once again speak, that I will use Michigan to deal with the synagogues of satan. They have transcribed the doctrines of demons. You say, who?" God said, "Go to the zoo and you will see it." For God said, "They are acting as if they know much, removing godliness and purity. 60-Year-Old Woman becomes the oldest in the United States to give birth to Twins
On May 12, Kim prophesied "in the month of May a double portion shall be granted to the wombs of the women." These twin boys were born just yesterday, and the mom and twins are healthy. The full prophecy is below.
The Spirit of God said, "A generation of young men and women are ready to be raised up, that's why the enemy would take them out of your womb, that's why the enemy would try and steal from the womb from a young age the children of this day. But I say to you this night that if the enemy would do this to you, then I will pay you back with multiplication. Because he has come on illegal terms and taken what is rightfully Mine, for if your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, then you are Mine," says the Lord. "Therefore, even as wombs have experienced death, and barrenness has been the order of the day; so it is cleared up in the month of May. For in the month of May a double portion shall be granted to the wombs, a double portion shall be granted to the wombs of the women, and those that have not given birth when they should have," says the Lord, "And so it shall be that in this month multiplication shall take place. Can anybody see it?"
He's got me convinced! I would certainly equate going to the zoo and doctrines of demons with a monkey dying of a plague, wouldn't you? And I mean, what are the odds on the number of women who have twins on any given day? Astronomically high, right? Way to go, Kim!

We haven't had a Kim Clement prophecy lately, so here we go. Just got an e-mail from Kim in which he states :
What a year it has been already! We all know that He has made exceedingly great and precious promises available to us and I'M RECEIVING IT!
I can hear the humility in his voice!
In March, I had the firm impression that the Nation would mourn in April but I was reluctant to make it a public prophecy because it was an insight which would further enlighten me to something that the Lord had said in 2004, in a meeting in Santa Barbara, CA. The Nation mourned the loss of many lives that were taken at Virginia Tech and caused so many questions of which only God has the answers.
You mean you could have warned us about Virginia Tech and possibly thwarted it, but failed to do so? Why are we just hearing about this now?
He goes on to point us to a prophecy just posted today on his website (click here) that he made April 19th in Humble, TX, In it he writes:
For once again from the city of Houston the Spirit of the Lord would speak. The weather patterns changing. There are changes in the weather and this is My doing.
Of course he's talking about the tornados in Texas, and, of course, the fact that he didn't post this until today shouldn't bother us. Kim is obviously a prophet of the first order!

God said, "Phooey! I am the one who decides on judgment," and God said, "judgment will not come to this land this year. Yes, there may be war; yes, there may be attacks, but it is not My judgment," says the Lord.
The last time I heard the word "phooey" was when I was a child. Now, I know Jesus said that unless we become like little children, we won't enter the kingdom of Heaven, but is this what He meant??? Does anyone have the Hebrew equivalent for "phooey"? I want to look it up in Strongs Concordance?
Kim Clement has a prophecy dated February 9th which reads, in part (Click Here):
During the summer and at the Mardi Gras, says the Lord, at New Orleans, watch what I do. There is going to be an interference in the Mardi Gras, says the Lord. God said, listen you hear that? That sound of joy, the music of the one that sits and plays. And God said, you watch what I do in the Mardi Gras, watch what I do in a place of great perversion. Watch what I do. I am focusing this year on your children and this is the year of acceleration, this is the year of multiplication. Your children shall begin and it shall not, says the Lord. It will not stop because I long for the sound of child-like faith. I long for the sound of a little child to come to me.
Am I missing something here? Wasn't the Mardi Gras on February 20th? I don't remember hearing about anything unusual on CNN, Fox, or MSNBC.
Once again, Kim Clement is prophesying death to Billy Graham and Oral Roberts this year. See December 30, 2006 prophecy. But, once again, the Elijah List, while giving an excerpt of this prophecy, which also says that Bush will not leave the White House in shame, refrains from reporting the deaths of Graham and Roberts (see Daily Prophetic Word for Jan. 11, 2007). I guess their motto is "All the News That's Fit to Print."
