People have often told me that they listen to Joyce Meyer and don't hear Word-Faith teachings. For those doubters, here is Meyer teaching about being little gods.

Awesome. Why do so few have discernment?
This teaching comes from translating the greek word for divine and turning it into God. When refering to God it uses "Ho Theos" or The divine one. When speaking of humans it says "theos" or divine. We are divine but not the divine one. It implies that we are spirit like God is spirit. We are not God, nor are we little gods.
