Why The Heresy Hunter?

Some may be wondering why I would name this blog "The Heresy Hunter." This is the favorite name that teachers like Paul Crouch (of the Trinity Broadcasting Network) use to describe those who, like the Bereans in the book of Acts, examine the teachings of others in light of the Scriptures. This is something we, as Christians, are commanded to do, and so the title "Heresy Hunter" is nothing to be ashamed of. In the blogs to come we will examine the teachings of many of these teachers who are so prevalent on Christian TV these days. We will also discuss many of the other issues hotly debated these days like abortion, embryonic stem cell research, same-sex marriage, etc.
